Eligibility:
Only Pakistani nationals bearing a machine readable passport valid for one year.
Individuals having valid NADRA CNIC (Computerized national identity card).

Documents required:
Machine readable passport valid for one year.
Valid NADRA CNIC (Computerized national identity card).
Next of kin valid NADRA CNIC.
Computerized Form ‘B’ for children issued by NADRA.
Ten photographs (3 cm x 4 cm) with light blue background.
Medical attestation on form by authorized medical officer.

Payment policy:
All package rates are fixed and non-negotiable.
Full amount is due upon signing of the Hajj application form of the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
Payment is to be made by Pay Order, Demand Draft, crossed cheque in favour of M/S AIR GUIDE HAJJ & UMRAH SERVICES (PVT) LTD.
Any request for change in itinerary is subject to availability of hotel accommodation and flight and will result in change of the package price.

Refund policy:
After submission of Hajj application form to Ministry of Religious Affairs, the payment made is non refundable.
Hajj Draft amount will be refunded after receipt from the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
As per airline policy, ticket once issued is non refundable.
